I specialize in working with adolescents, transition aged youth (16-25), and adults to navigate life’s challenges and move towards greater resilience, insight, connection and meaningful change. Since earning my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of San Diego, I’ve had the privilege of providing compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to a diverse range of folks struggling with anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, identity exploration, relationship challenges, substance use, and more. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, and my approach integrates techniques from different modes of therapy including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe healing and growth happens in the context of a safe and authentic relationship, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered as we work together on what matters to you. Whether you are working through the impact of trauma, navigating a major life transition, struggling with mood or anxiety symptoms, or seeking greater clarity and self-understanding, I’m here to meet you with openness, curiosity, and practical tools for change.

Jasmine Taylor, ACSW

I’m Jasmine, and I’m honored to be part of your journey toward healing and growth.

I have experience working with children (ages 5+), teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds. Whether you’re navigating mental health challenges, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, isolation, trauma, or other life stressors, I am here to support you. I understand how quickly life can change and how essential it is to be met with empathy, consistency, and stabilizing resources. I believe that trusting, stable relationships can be a foundation for healing—and I strive to offer that for each client I work with.

My approach is grounded in a humanistic, holistic perspective, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strength-based methods. I focus on helping clients reconnect with their self-worth, build emotional resilience, and discover pathways toward positive change. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your relationship with yourself and others, so you can face life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

In our sessions, your voice will be at the center. I will provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, identify your needs, and learn tools for growth. We will create grounding practices that foster emotional regulation and help you connect more deeply with your experiences.

Through increased self-awareness, we can identify thought patterns that may no longer serve you and develop new ways of moving through distressing emotions or behaviors. My unwavering belief in each person’s capacity for transformation, and together we will explore your unique strengths to find your personal path toward healing.

I am a Professional Associate Social Worker, providing psychotherapy under the supervision of Cassia Bloom, LCP, LMFT.

Rachel Sagoupse, ACSW

Hello, my name is Rachel and I am an Associate Social Worker (ASW). I graduated from San Jose State University, where the Social Work program emphasizes a transcultural and ethical perspective to treating diverse populations. My experience includes working with children, young adults, and older adults from diverse religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, incomes, and cultures.

I bring a generalist approach to therapy, meeting each individual where they are through implementation of mixed interventions that suits their current focus and chapter of life. I have a background in working with individuals experiencing symptoms of psychosis, mania, anxiety, and depression.  I have had the honor of working with individuals with the most severe mental health conditions who have worked their way through treatment goals from a place of hopelessness.

I focus attention on strength-based interventions through providing a safe and non-judgmental space to explore the inner workings of emotions, relationships, and behavioral patterns. Using CBT, DBT, play therapy, psychodynamic, and Gottman method approaches, I strive to provide an empathetic and compassionate space to get curious and explore ways to improve quality of life.
